Howdy, from the west coast of these great United States!
Thus far this spring, we have been from New York to Florida to Louisiana to Texas to Arizona to California. We will head back to Tennessee in mid-May.
Unquestionably, God's hand has been evident in our travels this spring. I have recorded 20 salvation decisions and numerous other revival decisions. In Tucson, AZ in the Wednesday evening service it was a thrill to see a man saved that the church had been earnestly praying for and witnessing to. They had done the ground work, and God allowed us to be a piece of the puzzle in his salvation experience. In Placerville, CA a mother had recently been saved and was concerned about her 17 year old daughter also coming to Christ. On other occasions the daughter had heard the gospel but showed no interest. As you can imagine, there was rejoicing Monday night of the revival when this daughter trusted Christ. There was an elderly "snow-bird" couple who attended the revival in Edinburg, TX. Both had claimed to be saved, but had given more of a "works salvation" testimony. Two Sundays following the revival the couple was found kneeling alone at the front of the auditorium following the service. After an inquiry from the pastor it was learned that they were both making salvation decisions. They realized that they had been trusting their works and not Christ. With these events and many others in mind, we say "To God be the glory!" How humbling it is to be a part of the work of the ministry.
We still have two more revivals scheduled in the San Diego area, so please pray that God would enable us and allow us to see fruit for our labor.
Oh, I almost forgot. How do you like the website? It has been a while in the making - still working out some details. Please keep track of where we are (Itinerary link) and keep us is your prayers.
May the Lord bless you as you continue to serve Him!
